We provide fried seafood made to order with our portable restaurant quality propane deep fryers, fresh, hot and made to perfection. Besides fish we also offer fried chicken breast tenders or wings, steak fingers well as scallops, calamari, salmon sticks, crab fritters or fried oysters. From our famed seafood platter to a genuine Louisiana style Po Boy or fish tacos we aim to please your palate! Freshly made desserts such as Sock It To Me cake, Pound Cake or Peach Cobbler can be prepared upon request as well as homemade sides such as potato salad, cole slaw, green beans, mac & cheese or candied yams. Seafood is prepared at your site outside with minimal space hot & fresh, with our mobile preparation food tent. We can provide services for family events, tailgate events, church, community & fundraising events.
