Silva has not only met my expectations but has exceeded them! I have had bad experiences in the past when hiring other companies and Silva construction has eased my fears . I’ve hired them to do several jobs for me and they are all going very well and I am getting the results I have always wanted for my home. Oscar and his crews are professional and efficient. Oscar gave me a reasonable quote and timeline that was fair and cost effective to complete a full remodel. His crews are experienced, professional, and informative. His crews would keep me informed of progress and changes/hiccups that needed to be address. I don't think I can say enough good things about Silva Diversified. I had some water damage from a leaky shower and had to get some wall, floor, and carpet ripped out. The issue came to finding someone to put everything back together. Silva Diversified responded to my request I believe within the hour of me putting it in. We set up a date for the estimate and from then on it was smooth sailing. They were so fast, professional, and the quality of work was to notch. I couldn't believe how quickly the job was completed. I will definitely be contacting Silva Diversified for any future home projects I have.
