Silva has not only met my expectations but has exceeded them! I have had bad experiences in the past when hiring other companies and Silva construction has eased my fears . I’ve hired them to do several jobs for me and they are all going very well and I am getting the results I have always wanted for my home. Oscar Silva is available at all times to answer questions and explain everything. This company does everything possible to insure their customer’s satisfaction!

We hired Oscar (Silva Diversified Construction) to repair and raise the wall around our backyard. From time of HOA approval to making the first payment, to time work srarted, it was approximately two days. The quality of the work his workers did, we were highly impressed. Oscar recommended reforcing the wall where our large dogs were jumping, and he explained how it would be done. The paint crew, wow... how they blended the colors, just amazing. I do have some other work that needs to be done, I will definitely be calling Oscar and getting quotes from him again. Knowing the quality of work, from experiencing it, that will be a leg up for him.
