- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic fee for consulting work is $25 an hour. Instruction is individualized according to the number of people, type and level of instruction and the craft involved. Materials are the responsibility of the client. Custom work will be quoted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled in the Craft Yarn Council's teacher certification program, with expectation of completing it before the end of the year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Just sort of fell into it. Over the years people have asked me how to do some of the things that I do, and I found that I both enjoyed teaching and was good at it.
