Had Bobby come out two weeks ago and bid my job: water pressure low, nonexistent. It was the regulator. He came out after I got off this week and replaced the regulator and then switched off the water softener which was also broken and the water pressure in the shower and throughout the house is outstanding! replacing the water softener is next! And Bobby will be my first call on that project!

previous plumber really pulled a bonehead move and we had no hot water to the masterbath and laundry, for a very long time. we had another company come out and they wanted to do another complete re-route. not wanting to go through the headache of the last "restoration" we worked around it. Dinosaur Plumbing diagnosed and repaired within 2-3 hours and we couldnt be happier with the price and results. we now know who to call from here on out. seriously, these are the guys!

Outstanding! Very professional with free estimates. And timely!! No 4 hour window. Bobby told me he would be there at 6 and he showed 5 minutes early. Then he said the job would take about an hour and they were done in 45. I will hire Dinosaur if I am ever in this situation again.

Great work, great price, and excellent response time. My husband and I recently moved into a house with a maze of an irrigation system that was causing loss of water pressure throughout the house, and a leak in our yard. Bobby came over and assessed the system with a fellow contractor, and then started working immediately after quoting a fair price. It turns out we also had an illegal main water line setup, and whole slew of issues due to this excessive irrigation system. Bobby was efficient and left the work area clean. We liked his work so much, we're having him back to work on some leaking faucets in our laundry room.

Next, we ask and log details of the home, such as year built, home-builder, etc. just like a doctor would create a new file for a patient. This helps us understand the nature of the home to help us repair it or install products in the best means possible.

16 years total in the field of plumbing. 4 years education via trade school, completed apprenticeship, journeyman-ship, and now fully classified as a CR-37 licensed plumbing company via State of Arizona.
