**Update** Appreciate the owner’s timely response to make things right. Wish him and his team all the best moving forward. Initially I was excited about having them out based on their reviews and timely response, but can say I’m super disappointed with how it was handled. Our master bedroom power for some reason wasn’t working one evening. Tried the breaker and it kept tripping immediately. That’s when we decided to reach out to an electrician. My mistake started by not contacting multiple contractors. I was not made aware that they charge a $150 troubleshooting fee - thought it was going to be $50 service call fee and repairs would be extra on top of that. When the electrician came out the power was working and the breaker was no longer tripping. Was told they can’t troubleshoot why the power wasn’t working, but still charged the $150 for troubleshooting. So we still have no idea why we lost power and why we had a potential short. I did contact the owner in the hopes to get this matter resolved as talking with neighbors and friends the troubleshooting fee was ridiculous for less than 5 minutes of being at our house. This company has lost our future business and that money really could have gone to support our new baby coming next month. I guess the owner of the company just needed it more.

Once again, Plugged In Electric for the win ! I requested someone come out and check a dead electrical outlet on our porch outside. Even though it was later in the evening they responded within 5 minutes and told me they would contact me with available times in the morning. Michael called in the morning and we set a time for 11:30am. At 9:30am Michael called again and informed me he could be here at 10:00am. It only took about 30 minutes of troubleshooting to find the issue and fix it. I now have power and lights on our porch/deck again. This is the second time I have used Plugged In Electric and they hit it out of the park both times. 10/10 Will definitely use them again when needed.
