- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees with Scholl Electric. I price everything very fairly and do high quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the size of the job I like to speak with the customer over the phone and get a gameplan in place. This way I can be prepared when I come over and we can discuss pricing ahead of time so there is no confusion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a four year apprenticeship and passed all the tests necessary to hold my Journeyman License. I also have my OSHA-10 certificate and I am BBB accredited.
