- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will make sure the costs of the session is clear from the beginning so there aren’t any surprises later. We offer student and military discounts as well as referral perks to all of our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always suggest meeting new customers to talk about their session needs and to show them my portfolio. From their we can personalize a package that fits their creative vision and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education is self taught through both business and personal projects. Participated in informal classes and workshops with other photographers.
