- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fairly priced according to the job and its relevance. I usually negotiate a great price for customers accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process usually starts by giving my new client a call. I usually talk with them about their painting needs getting a full description before meeting with them. I will try and set up a meeting to walk through the scope of work. Next thing I do is email my client with a detailed estimate. I follow through with a callback answering any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a few small painting companies and learned all the procedures and skills I have today.
