Hi my name is Robert everybody calls me Rob, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I started out as a maintenance man in a hotel fresh out of high school then transitioned into construction. After that I worked for property management companies remodeling units for them and in the meantime I figured out that I was really good at plumbing more than anything but felt like there was a few things I needed more experience in. Roberto was personable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I did not give him an easy situation to deal with since our house is 73 years old, but he stuck to it and got the job done. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were an Olympic event for plumbing, Rob would have hauled the gold medal straight to our rental property! Our old water heater was pretty blocked up, thanks to the hard water and mineral buildup. But in swooped Rob, the superhero of pipes and plungers! Not only did Rob replace our cantankerous water heater with the precision, he also took the time for a mini plumbing TED Talk. I now know more about water heater innards than I ever thought possible – so much so that I’ve added “water heater whisperer” to my LinkedIn profile, courtesy of Rob! He didn’t just stop at swapping heaters; he coordinated with the plumbing supply store and our tenant, ensuring no cold shower surprises were involved. He upgraded our supply lines like a true maestro, ensuring they’re as smooth as a freshly waxed slide. Rob’s pricing was refreshingly fair, unlike others who seemed to be charging as if they were filling the heater with liquid gold.
