- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices can be adjusted to fit your budget and all prices include a full installation and sales of material ... with a professional clean up .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet with the customer , I'm always on time , and I walk the premises that needs to be fenced in with the homeowner, and we discussed if there's any gates that are being added into the project ... The customer maybe selective in the type of fence that they want - May it be height or privacy or to keep animals in or others out ... when a type of fence is selected - contracts are signed , I order the material we select a day that is good for them for me to come in and start the installation . I usually ask for half down to start the project .Upon installation my guys and I show up and mark the property line , set up strings and start building the type of fence that they want .... I build my wood gates last and hang them , my wood gates are formed and structured not to sag with decorative hinges and latches ...Upon completion with my satisfied customer - balance is due ....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught by a very exclusive builder back in Michigan ,and within three years of training I've been started doing it on my own with 28 years under my belt - and I believe in doing it right the first time ...
