- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly are continuing our education and staying current on the latest cutting edge training and nutrition. With that being said, there is a lot to be said for the fundamentals and that is a big part of our personal training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have a staff full of dedicated personal trainers. Most of us got into this field because we are passionate about health and fitness and helping others like yourself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
1. Assess your current situation (primarily diet and exercise) 2. Make a plan for your success 3. Design and implement a specif program for you. 4.
