Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I left the field of engineering to pursue my true passion!! After suffering some injuries myself and realizing how bad the follow up care after physical therapy is and how limited the number of well educated personal trainers was at the time, I decided to help myself by becoming certified to perform my own rehabilitation. I truly care about each individual and guarantee to do whatever is in my power to help and make one successful.

I've had worked out with Woody for about 2 years. Seriously he is simply amazing! I have worked with a number of other trainers before Woody and none of them have gotten anywhere near the results that I have since I started working out with Woody. One of the things I appreciate most is that he changes things up - there isn't a "set routine" - your body doesn't get "used to" working out with him and plateau because he's always changing it up and pushing you in just the way you need to be pushed. He's an incredible motivator without being annoying, if you know what I mean. Woody's authenticity and dedication to living a healthy, and it's infectious. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. If you want the best personal trainer and you want results it's a no brainer, Woody is the trainer you want.

Woody was my trainer for four years. I was a little hesitant when I first started training with him because I noticed that he trained ladies much younger than I was who had great figures. I was in my late 50's with arthritis and bone loss issues. Then I became aware that Woody was patient and skilled in training all types of people, including an elderly man with Parkinson's Disease and a woman older than me with balance problems. Woody listened to me when I told him that I did not feel comfortable doing a certain exercise because of my limitations. He always had an alternative exercise I could do. Woody is very professional and very knowledgeable in training and nutrition. The only reason I stopped training with him was because I had major back surgery and a hip replacement and both of my surgeons felt I needed to swim and do Pilates because of my physical limitations. I miss training with Woody. Not only is he an excellent trainer, he is a really nice person.

For more than 3 years now, Woody has been my personal trainer. He is very easy to get along with and has a great sense of humor. He is very knowledgeable about exercise physiology, nutrition, organic foods, juicers, and herbals. His military background easily shows in his discipline. He informs me ahead of any schedule changes and is always on time. When a client comes in with a cough or cold, he would cancel the session to protect other clients. He will push you to perform better and train harder because that is "why you have a personal trainer". But he is always aware of his clients' limitations and goals for training. I am 50+ old and can lift 50+ lbs easily! I would rate Woody with a 10/10. Actually. my husband who is a doctor with a heart condition is also with Woody. I honestly believe that he has helped me prevent my pre-diabetes from worsening. As Woody would say, "I used to be" does NOT work."Today is more important". - Eleanor P

Woody was very good at pacing my workouts so I wouldn't get frustrated nor would I get sore enough to where I didn't want to return. With that said, he WORKED me to where I felt accomplished, and the results showed. He helped me with diet, as well, to complement the workouts we did 3x a week. The only reason I stopped seeing Woody was because we moved and the location no longer works for me and my family schedule. I miss Woody!

I had lower back pain that had become both crippling and disabling. I went to doctors, specialists, physical therapists, and pain doctors. After two years of limited movement and a belief that I would never get better, I began lifting weights with Woody. The strengthening exercises dissipated the pain and allowed me to get back on my road bike and mountain bike and I was stronger and better than ever! I have recommended Woody to anyone that wants to feel better or get stronger.
