Ben was extremely nice and knowledgeable about his work! He brought replacement lag bolts so my mount stays extra secure. He also educated me on the entire process so I knew what was going on. Overall, Ben is a very great contractor and I will probably hire him again.

Ben did a great job helping me play musical chairs with some large TVs and handled everything well. It was probably more difficult for him due to me being interrupted by work and phone calls constantly, but he worked around everything with grace.
