- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer pickup, delivery and assembly on all of IKEA's items. Pricing is quoted and guaranteed based upon your specific order, the items purchased, weight, size, your delivery location and if you want/need assembly. Other items than may impact your quote is based on your delivery involving flights of stairs, difficult access or limited space for assembly (if needed). All quotes are valid for 30 days and upon your approval your order can typically be scheduled for pickup, delivery and/or assembly with 2-3 business days. Next day/Same day is also available if needed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a quote: Please email us through Thumbtack your general location, quantities and item numbers for your assembly, the manufacturer and your timeframe for your project. We look to accurately quote your project based upon the items you are purchasing, your general delivery location and will provide a separate quote for pickup/delivery (if needed), assembly and/or installation upon your request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lifelong resident of Arizona, graduated from the U of A with a finance degree and for over 25 years operated fine art, furniture and custom picture frame (and moulding manufacturing) businesses. Over 15 years of providing expert pickup, delivery and assembly of all IKEA products. We also provide expert assembly of your Wayfair, Container Store, Home Depot, Lowes and most any other retail furniture, storage, organizer sources.
