I called Steve about a retractable door in a custom cabinet that had been badly fitted. Steve was quick to evaluate and recommend the correct hardware. He completed the job quickly and affordably. I appreciated Steve's friendly manner.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

As an independent shop, I offer pricing competitive with the premade cabinets available at big-box stores. With all custom built cabinets, there is more flexibility in size, design, and features, while maintain the highest quality at a reasonable cost. there is no charge for initial meetings and design/layout help. I do not charge for providing an estimate and specifications. There is no cost to the customer until proposal is accepted and production begins.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For most kitchen and bath remodels, I prefer to begin with an onsite visit to take measurements and discuss options such as wood species, colors, door style, features, etc. Next a proposal will be written up with details and specifications. After acceptance and receipt of deposit, samples will be provided for final approval of color and finish, then production begins and install date set.
