Allow me to say I ran a $500 million P&l operation for a very large company. We considered ourselves the best at customer service. I will tell you we did not match the customer service of A1 GarageDoor Service. They are simply great. I had an installer named Gabriel Aguirre, and he was the best in work and communication, advising me of issues he found. I consider this the best company I have ever done business with.

Actually it was VERY GOOD, with new tech Joseph. He has customer service down pat, and this was for an opener replacement. He even looks like Tommy's image on the side of the truck. Got right to work, great work ethic and did a great install. One minor detail, he missed taping the GD sensor splices and had left the wires exposed, but not a biggie as I have tape and did it. The new opener is quiet and efficient.

At A1 Garage Door Service, we offer great promotions, as well as Military, Veteran, and Teacher discounts. With A1 you will receive the best service, best parts, and the best warranty; and most importantly a friend in the garage door business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’d like to gain an understanding of the issue and when the problem started. With an in-home consultation, our technicians are trained to find the source of the problem then create a solution that is best for the customer. This can range from a simple tune-up to a more complex issue such as a need for an entirely new garage door. Our technicians will walk the customer through each step to ensure they have a high understanding of the situation and offer all options to resolve the problem. We will walk through each step and ensure the consumer has a great understanding of the situation and all options that are available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians must graduate from a 4 week training course that includes simulation and many tests to ensure they are educated and properly trained to work on all makes and models of Garage Doors.
