- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges. You’ll always know the cost before any work begins. We proudly offer discounts for active military, veterans, first responders, teachers, and seniors. If a repair doesn’t make financial sense, we’ll also credit the repair cost toward the purchase of a new garage door whenever applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to what’s going on with your garage door. After inspecting the system, we’ll explain the problem, discuss your options, and provide upfront pricing before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the repair, perform a full safety inspection, and make sure everything is operating correctly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 24 years of hands-on experience repairing and installing residential and commercial garage doors and openers. I’ve also spent years training technicians and managing service teams. Every repair is completed using industry best practices with a focus on safety, reliability, and long-term performance.
