The team at Arizona Dryout Restoration was fantastic! (Adrian, Sam, and Ruben) We had a leak under our kitchen sink that destroyed the bottom of the cabinet. They were able to walk me through the process, set a realistic expectations and a timeline, handle our kitchen with care, and ultimately made sure that the job was done right and looking perfect by the end. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of their services!

Found Arizona DryOut through a referral from our American Home Shield warranty and I cannot believe how lucky we are, its like winning powerball! This company is 100% everything you are looking for in a service contractor for your home. Preston and Adrian are wonderful. All of their guys are skilled professionals, courteous, clean, respectful and punctual.They actually let you know when to expect them! We had a toilet backup and found water under our wood floors, baseboards, and walls. We called AZ Dryout and they came that same day. Sam and Angel were great to work with. They started the drying process in a very clean and organized manner. They communicated very well. I would recommend them for fast and clean work and excellent customer care.

Sam and Angel did a wonderful job of assessing the water damage and setting up all the fans and dehumidifier to dry out my walls/attic. Was very pleased with the service and they were at my house within the hour after I called them.
