I hired RDS to install a mount and tv on my brand new outdoor patio and they completely botched it. Didn’t know what they were doing and drilled dozens of random holes destroying the wall and the stability of the structure. They also put in pieces of plywood and now the tv is starting to pull away from the wall. To top it off, it’s not even center. I reached out to them asking them to come fix the disaster job they did and they have put me off for months. I ended up having to hire someone to come fix the terrible mess they made of our 20k bar including filling holes, painting, texturizing and completely re-installing the Mount and tv. Really wish they had been honest and explained they didn’t know how to do it or show urgency to come fix it. Tried texting multiple times and they were continuously “out of town”. I’d suggest thoroughly getting these guys ability to do a job before you use them.
