RATES; handyman repairs(easy, standard, advanced, and advanced & hazardous) EAZY rate = $75/hr, STANDARD rate = $125/hr., ADVANCED rate = $175/hr., ADVANCED & HAZARDOUS rate =$225-$350/hr., Electrical (electrician) $125-$190/hr., Concrete, Tile, &/or Brick (masonry) $115-$165/hr., Carpentry $80-$300/hr. working with my father as a child because he wanted me to have the necessary skills and knowledge as a man to be able to maintain, fix, expand, or diagnose anything on my own house when I was older and had a family of my own then building 3 houses completely from start to finish in high school for habitat for humanity
