Christian was Great! A true gentleman and expert. He arrived on time, assembled the rowing machine, went over the parts with me, showed me how and when to use the oil on the chain, and cleaned up all of the packaging and took it with him. An added bonus: he loved my puppies and allowed a bit of time for them to investigate and play with him! He was efficient and had the job done in almost no time. His knowledge of the equipment was impressive! Kudos!

Staff was excellent keeping me informed of replacement part issues and scheduling.In home technician was on time, very nice and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions as repairs progressed. Left the area clean and neat. Well done all!

Hands down - THE BEST! Ill absolutely use this company again. My experience from responding to my initial inquiry to completion was so easy, quick and professional. I needed to have my Peloton Tread reassembledI reached out to multiple vendors - Fitness Machine Techs was the most professional in their reply and MUCH more affordable than their competitors. My tech Christian was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
