Chad responded right away, and he was easy to communicate with. His price was very reasonable, he was on time, and he got my three lights installed and made sure they were working properly. One light did not seem to be working and he was intent on finding out why. The light operates with a remote, but the old light was on a dimmer switch and that was the problem. I had a regular switch, so he put that in and the light worked just fine. I will definitely hire him again for projects around my house.
