Alex is very knowledgeable in rough home building as well as finish work. Started the job on time, has completed brickwork on an old AC unit opening and resizing a window space in two days. The job was to replace a couple of square feet of tile surrounding the drain of a shower. The tile was removed when the drain stopped up a year ago. I'd provided a couple of photos and picked up the tile ready for Alex. The work seemed to go smoothly. He has a wide range of handyman experience and he's a likable guy. I've got another job for him.
