The job was to replace a couple of square feet of tile surrounding the drain of a shower. The tile was removed when the drain stopped up a year ago. I'd provided a couple of photos and picked up the tile ready for Alex. The work seemed to go smoothly. He has a wide range of handyman experience and he's a likable guy. I've got another job for him.

Alex is very knowledgeable in rough home building as well as finish work. Started the job on time, has completed brickwork on an old AC unit opening and resizing a window space in two days.
