Juan was timely with my project. He handled the widow installation well. He was on time, polite and pfessional. The installation was completed with no difficulty in a reasonable amount of time. I plan to uak for him again on any future projects.
Juan was not only the best deal he was on time, he was honest about everything with the price and he knocked out a big project in one day! He removed over ten old wooden railroad ties from my patio and leveled out the ground. And finally he assembled a large resin 7x7ft shed in my yard. During all of this he was very professional and kind. I definitely plan on hiring him for future home improvement jobs and not only that my family members will also be calling him. Also I was surprised on how fast he scheduled a day to come do the project he had quick response time and got out here within two days! It’s rare to find honest people who are prompt, efficient with their time and with a skill level as high as Juan’s. If you get a chance hire him. You won’t be disappointed.

It was great working with John. I just purchased a new home and asked him to hang kitchen and bathroom lighting, cabinets, and assemble a laundry unit, among other things.
He was very quick to respond and was easy to schedule. I appreciated his flexibility when it came to changes in the to-do list. And his prices are very fair.
John is very personable and professional. I would hire him again and highly recommend him.

Will hire again. Replacement of 2 ceiling fans and 2 chandeliers. Quote was after he saw the job (so was able to give precise cost and not a price range) and he worked around my availability on the weekend. Price was fair and he even carted away the old pieces. Definitely recommend.

He was extremely awesome in building a backyard playset for my girls and I couldn’t be more proud or grateful for the excellent work he did. He was punctual and asked plenty of questions of how I wanted things done so it will fit my backyard perfectly. He got everything done in a manageable timeframe, but also made sure to take his time so everything would be done correctly the first time around. Me and my husband already have future projects we plan to hire him for. He was great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my work is price by Square footage, or a flat rate. labor only, or materials included, depending on the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always make then feel like they are in control, and make the final decisions no matter what. I show them relevant pictures, and encourage them to shop around for other qoutes. I try not to pressure them, and encourage them to ask questions if they are not sure. Then work with them on the timeline if they want to hire me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
None. All on the job training! Also some help from UTube, and some O.G. guys.
