Recently we completed a full property prep for a home getting ready to hit the market. The project included junk removal, light repairs, drywall patching, touch-up painting, and a full clean-out after an estate sale. We coordinated everything so the homeowner and realtor didn’t have to juggle multiple vendors. The entire job took about 3 days from start to finish, and the home was ready for listing immediately after. Those are the types of projects we love—efficient, clean, and stress-free for the client
