Like so many of us, much of my time is consumed by work / the "day-to-day", and I get behind on the "fix-its" around the house.
I had a celling fan I'd been meaning to install for over a year, and window screens that were in disrepair to the point where birds were picking fibers off to make nests.
I contacted Matt at RKJ Projects, after review of the scope of work, he quoted me a fair price for the fan install and re-screening of the screen frames.
He showed up to our house 10 minutes early, got to work right away, and finished the tasks about 30 minutes faster than we expected.
When I got home from work that night, I inspected his work. I was very happy with the quality (fit and finish) of the work done, and the cleanliness of the post work environment. My screen frames require removal from the inside of the house, and I didn't note any debris left in the window sills where frames were re-screened.
I'll happily call RKJ Projects for future "fix-its" I need help catching up.
