- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would go out and assess the job have them walk through what they want. I would run through all the materials that would be needed for the job measure off everything price materials show them a variety of materials that they have to choose from ask them what their current budget is for the actual project. coordinate with the new customer to set up a date start the project after confirming who is getting the materials if I have to go get the materials to provide for the job I would request payment up front for the materials on top of $160 for delivering and the before the job start day
