Scheduled after previous T pro did not show up. He oiled gate with my WD40, squeaks are gone. More work is needed but I could not find a key to the mechanism. Done in 20 mins; said they had a 2 hr minimum that I did not see in any previous information- charged me for one hour, which was fine with me. Appointment made for am on Sat, other work delayed til just after noon - I was notified.
