Victor was very unprofessional in my opinion. I contacted him, needing someone at 3pm yesterday, but he wasn’t available until 6pm, so we agreed on 6pm. At 530pm, he messaged me to tell me he was in Tucson and the earliest he could get to me would be 7-730pm. I was a bit frustrated, but agreed on 7-730pm. We have a toddler that goes to bed at 730 pm, so it was already an imposition to agree on that time, but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. At 630 he messaged me and told me he was still 2 hours away and asked if he could arrive at 830pm. I decided that I had given enough flexibility, and told him I’d hire someone else. I waited all evening for him to arrive, and he made me feel like my time wasn’t valuable. It really sucks when this stuff happens. If he didn’t have the time, I’d much rather have had him tell me. I had to hire someone else, and free up more time for someone else to come and finish the job that was supposed to be done yesterday. I have had several issues with Thumbtqck pros in the past. Definitely won’t be using them again.
