Working with Avtar has been incredibly rewarding. I went from 125 lbs to 182 lbs of pure muscles. I strongly recommend his services. People can chose to pay per session or monthly as a package deal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial and complete wellness and health assessment, we generally determine what the best course of action is and proceed from there. I guide my clients through the entire journey. Wether it's weight loss, muscle building, behavioral change or any other obstacles to living a happier, healthier and fuller life, I am there for them. I understand that one must the inner game of fitness to be entirely successful.
