- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to their home, look at what needs to be done, take any notes if anything requieres special attention, show our customer a few different options and payment methods(cash, card, financing), explain in detail what the work entails and what they will be getting, also discuss any payment questions, after all questions have been answered, we let our customer decide if they want to move forward and with what option, we dont push or pressure sell anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! We are always going to seminars, classes and any training from our distributors! Our customers deserve it!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is the professional Licensed, Bonded and Insured? Do you have reviews? Any complaints? What type of system is the professional recommending and why?
