Not really complicated but I charge by the distance, size and condition of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. During the walk thru, I pay attention to the things that the client says about his or her home. I like to make sure that the client is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always looking for new tools, techinques and supplies.
