- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning required and how often the service is needed. I always try to provide fair and transparent quotes, with no hidden fees. For new clients, I ask a few questions first to understand their needs, then give a custom price. I believe in honest work at a fair rate, and I do my best to make sure the service matches the value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a quick conversation to understand what they need, the type of cleaning, how often, and any specific areas they want special attention on. Then, I offer a quote based on the size of the home and the service requested. One everything is clear, we schedule a day and time that works for them. On the day of service, I arrive on time, fully prepared, and make sure everything is done to their expectations. Communication is very important to me, so I always follow up to make sure the client is happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from hands on experience. I have worked in both residential and Airbnb cleaning, organizing and managing time efficiently. I have also learned how to work with care for each space properly. My clients appreciate my eye for detail and the consistency in my work.
