- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give a price it will include what a basic clean fee is , or deep clean . I will also give a range price example 120. - 140. When customers directly contact me thru Thumbtack, They will already see an ESTIMATE price according to what they input on a job .. but I will give an accurate price once I know and see more details on home being cleaned . i.e. a $120. Job can change to 140. 00 . Being because of extremities of home or any extras such as bigger then standard size windows, aloft, 2 living rooms instead of 1 , square footage , distance, etc etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process working with a customer is always hearing them out first and asking what their priorities are. I go into details on what types of work we do depending on the kind of job they are looking for wheather it’s for a deep clean (always recommended for the initial clean) standard clean, move in or out . I also explain the fees and costs of the cleaning services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out doing this type of work as a second part-time job . Now it’s a full time job.
