Lisa cleaned my house for about 4 years! I have 6 animals and you would never know when she left that they were even there. If I could have brought her with me when I moved I would have done so. She is amazing!! I highly recommend her and her services!

She was amazing...helped me at the last minute..did an incredible job. I called her for a move out clean. I have three animals and the place was immaculate. I will definetly hire her again as well as recommend her to fri3nds and family. She's amazing! Very very happy

Instead of calling to talk I received texts that were abbreviated. Probably not good for older folks trying to get help with cleaning. I made arrangements for her to get into the home. She texted me less than an hour before she was supposed to arrive to cancel. She rescheduled for the next day assuring me that she would be there. I informed her that it was imperative she clean the following day as I was moving out of a townhome that I was renting and needed to turn in my keys. Via text she assured me that she would be there. Once again I made arrangements for the house to be opened and once again less than an hour before she was supposed to be at my home she texted me that she was canceling. When I asked if another associate would be helping me she told me they wouldn't be helping me but "Plenty of cleaners on craigslist that will come out 2day." So if this is the type of service you're looking for apparantly Craigslist is the way to go. The price looked good, I'm not sure if the cleaning was good as I was never able to have my home cleaned. Unreliable and unprofessional

I've been cleaning for over 30 years and respect my customers business immensely. When scheduling with Kathleen I came down with the flu and was unable to clean her house. I didn't want to do a no show so I offered craigslist since I understood she needed cleaning done that day. We have helped many great customers and it saddens me that I was unable to fix the situation with her. I wish her luck with her townhome in the future.
