Hello Ms. Susan, Thank you for your feedback. While we truly value all reviews, as they help us grow and improve, we also feel it’s important to clarify what occurred during your service. Our deep cleaning package includes up to 4 hours with 2 professional cleaners, as agreed upon. Any time beyond that incurs additional charges, which was clearly outlined in our agreement. Despite this, our cleaners offered to continue the service beyond the paid time at no extra cost, simply to ensure your satisfaction. Unfortunately, the situation became unsafe for our team. Your husband was shouting at them and appeared to be intoxicated, which made our staff feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Out of concern for their well-being, we had no choice but to pull them from the job. We have recordings and internal communication confirming that our team remained professional and made every effort to complete the job under challenging circumstances. We respect your right to share your experience, but we kindly ask that any public reviews reflect the full and accurate context.
