Nelva and her team were extremely prompt, professional, and thorough. Nelva was very communicative before and during her visit. We needed a deeper clean than I originally scheduled, which Nelva readily accommodated. She charged more for that, which was extremely fair, and I scheduled regular cleanings moving forward for the standard price. We are looking forward to having Nelva back monthly!
