- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a menu of services available and a pricing list for the client to choose from that can be provided to each client at the initial meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak to a client on the phone and have an initial interview there. Once agreed I will travel to the clients property to tour the home in need and ask questions about clients preferences and needs. Once it is established that the client wants me for the job, then all that is needed is to create a schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience taking care of people and home. I am also currently in school to get my real estate license to better serve my clients as their property manager.
