- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to charge by the hour depending on what needs to be done. In order to give the customer a quote I will set up a time to meet with them at their convenience to discuss charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arriving at customers home I will sit down with them and discuss what their wants and expectations are of me. After gaining full knowledge of what they are wanting I will then go over my rates and give them a precise price quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting houses for years, with many happy customer reviews of my work.
