Pricing is based on the size of the space, the level of detail required, and any add-on services requested. Move-out and deep cleanings are priced differently than standard maintenance cleaning due to the time and detail involved. All pricing is discussed upfront. There are no hidden fees.

We start by confirming the type of cleaning needed, the size of the space, and any priority areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, or appliances. We provide clear pricing before scheduling. On the day of service, we arrive prepared, work efficiently, and focus on inspection-ready results. Optional add-ons are discussed in advance so there are no surprises.
