The word that comes to mind in reviewing Tru Blue House Care is excellence. I hired Tru Blue to remodel our master bathroom. Cesar Barra, the owner, and his crew did not disappoint in any way. Cesar runs a tight ship. Customer satisfaction is of most importance to him. Aside from doing an excellent job on the remodel, they were always kind, considerate, on time and a pleasure to have in our home. They are professionals. Cesar Barra and his team at TruBlue are amazing! From our first contact, Cesar maintained fluent and punctual communication with me about the project. We wanted him to completely remodel our master bedroom/bathroom suite and boy did he deliver! They did a complete demo and gut of the room, cut the foundation to lay new plumbing, framed new walls and closets, and finished in excellence! The craftsmanship was very professional and every question and problem got answered and solved! We had a huge kitchen/bathroom remodel project in a fixer upper house. The ceiling needed to be raised, walls taken down, doors put it, everything out and new tiles in. We called Maxx Builder out to help us with the project. He has specific tilers on staff, who did a great tiling job on completely uneven floors. He has a certified plumber, electrician, AC guy, all of them were needed in our projects. They had great recommendations for the recessed ceiling lights and the projects flowed very smoothly along. We needed everything from drywall work to recessed ceiling lights to plumbing work. My husband and I were very pleased with his guys. Nader came by throughout the day to take a look at the project progress. Overall, we had a great experience with all of his workers. In 8 months we will embark on another remodel project and will definitely call him out again. His workers will also work on weekends if need to. Some project came along at great speed. I wanted to have a wall removed between the living room and family room in the center of my house. Since this was a load bearing wall, I was concerned that the job would need to be done with the utmost skill and professionalism. I could not be happier with the job that Cesar Barra, owner of Tru Blue, did for me. He and his crew, Neftali and Paul, did an outstanding job. They were on time every day; they were careful with the the furniture and decor; they were polite and friendly, and they left the worksite each day spotless. In other words, they exceeded my expectations in every way. In fact, I have asked Cesar from a bid on another job. I am happy to recommend Cesar for any home repair or remodel jobs.

They did an excellent job at putting in new tile throughout our entire house. The only problem we had was with one of the tile guys not showing up which made the job last a little longer than expected; but when they were there, they did a great job. We are very happy with the final outcome; and Paul, the owner, was really great from start to finish. We needed the job done fast as we are expecting a baby, and they did what they needed to not only finish the job, but did a great job paying attention to detail with all of the cutting around the tough spots. I highly recommend using them if you need a remodeling job, and I will definitely use them again on our next project.

We got to experience two faces of Michael, a good one and a not so good one. We had a big remodeling job for him and were super excited because he started right away. The first 3 weeks were professional and quality of work was good. Michael was at our house working or supervising the work everyday. Unfortunately after that he had other priorities and became unprofessional. He didn't respond to texts, said he would come to work but would not show up, if he ever showed up was just to collect a check and his team working without direction didn't provide much quality. They left the house a mess for weeks. After a month of giving us the run around we now are going to have someone else finish what he started as he finally admitted that he could not work on our house for another 2 months!!! We are losing money by hiring someone else and having to fix and redo some of his latest work. Plus he insisted on getting paid in advance so not showing up was even more frustrating. Although if he stays focused the work is good, also Kevin does good work too, we won't be using his services again. How to improve: Be professional even if under stress and be honest with us. Don't assume that customers enjoy being stringed along for months.
