Every job is unique with its own set of challenges and opportunities. We base our pricing on your specific needs and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We schedule a meeting to learn more about the specifics of your project. 2. We offer options and suggestions that ensure you get the level of quality and workmanship that you expect. 3. We provide a detailed written estimate for the work requested. 4. We schedule the job at your convenience 5. We review all aspects of the job at the start of work so there are no misunderstandings 6. We follow daily checklist to keep the job site safe and tidy 7. At the end of the job we do a complete walk through with you to ensure you are completely satisfied. 8. We follow up in a week or two to make sure that everything is still satisfactory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management team has over 70 years combined experience. Our staff are skilled craftsmen and craftswomen. We have established procedures to ensure all work is done to meet or exceed industry standards.
