CR Affordable Services is excellent. Mario and his team are responsive, punctual and highly professional. Numerous times he has removed and hauled away heavy or bulky items with ease. Reasonable prices too. Whatever services Mario offers, he will do the job smoothly. Thanks!

I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my dealings with Mario at CR Affordable Services. BEWARE, though, another outfit calling themselves Affordable Property Care, with Angel, tried to break into the contract, was charging $115 instead of the $80 that CR Affordable Services charged. I did NOT contract with APC, but they text'd they were on their way. they seem to be trying to cut into APC business and are 50% higher in price.

I have a side yard that needed cleaning-out, junk-removal, and relocation of about two pallets (+/-) of slump block. Through Thumbtack, I contacted several companies and Mario, from "Affordable Services" replied promptly. On Thurs. he came to see the project, we agreed on a price, on they were scheduled to do the work on Fri. at 2 pm. On Fri., he contacted me @ 2:30 that the job before mine went over, so he asked to reschedule for Sat. at 2 pm. On Sat. at 2:10 pm, he called to say they were late, but on the way, to arrive at 3 pm. The crew of 3 arrived at 3:15 pm, and hit the "ground running", completing the job in 2-1/2 hours! The clean-out was done, blocks relocated, and ALL trashed removed! Workers were polite and respectful, organized, and worked quickly. I look forward to working with Mario and "Affordable Services" again.. next time on some landscaping (beautification) projects!
