Our pricing is straightforward, transparent, and designed to give you excellent value—no hidden fees or surprises. • Upfront custom quotes – Every job is priced based on your specific needs (vehicle size/condition for detailing, number of windows/stories/screens for window cleaning). I’ll give you a clear price (or tight range) right after we chat and you share a few details/photos. What I quote is what you pay. • No travel fees – I happily serve all of Tucson and surrounding areas (Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail, etc.) with no extra charge for mileage or travel time. • Bundling discount – Most customers save 10–15% when combining auto detailing and window cleaning in the same visit. It’s more convenient for you and lets me pass along the efficiency savings. • Recurring customer perks – Clients who book regular window maintenance (quarterly or bi-annual) or seasonal detailing get priority scheduling and a loyalty discount on future services. • Payment is easy and flexible – Pay at the end when you’re happy with the work. I accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal—no processing fees added on my end. • Satisfaction guaranteed – If anything isn’t perfect, I’ll fix it on the spot at no extra cost. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be simple, transparent, and focused on giving you exactly the results you want—without any surprises. 1. Quick response & consultation – When you reach out (usually through Thumbtack or a message/call), I reply fast—often within minutes. I’ll ask a few questions about your needs: for detailing (vehicle type, condition, interior/exterior, any add-ons like ceramic), for windows (number of windows, stories, screens/tracks, interior/exterior), or both if you’re interested in bundling. 2. Custom quote – Based on your answers and any photos you send, I provide a clear, upfront price (or narrow range). No hidden fees—what I quote is what you pay. If bundling services, I’ll point out the savings for doing everything in one visit. 3. Scheduling – We pick a date and time that works best for you. I’m flexible (Mon–Sat standard, Sundays for larger jobs when needed) and always confirm the day before. 4. On-site service – We arrive on time with everything needed I protect your property, work efficiently and thoroughly, and keep you updated if anything changes. 5. Final walkthrough & payment – When finished, I’ll walk you around the vehicles and/or home to make sure you’re 100% happy. Any small touch-ups are done on the spot. Payment is easy (cash, check, card, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal). 6. Follow-up – I’ll send a quick thank-you and ask for honest feedback. Many customers book recurring window cleanings or maintenance details right then. My wife and I treat every job like it’s our own home or vehicles—we’re only happy when you’re thrilled. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from decades of real-world, hands-on experience that’s hard to beat. Window cleaning has been part of my life since I was a teenager—I grew up working alongside my dad in his professional window cleaning business, learning every detail from proper squeegee technique and safe ladder work to achieving completely streak-free results on all types of glass, screens, and tracks. For auto detailing, I’ve spent years studying and perfecting modern techniques on my own vehicles and those of friends and family before ever turning it into a business. I’ve taken multiple professional training courses on paint correction, ceramic coatings, interior restoration, and safe chemical use, and I stay current by following industry leaders and testing the latest eco-friendly products. Together with my wife, we’ve built HeyZee into a 5-star service by focusing on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction above everything else.
