Larry's landscape did an excellent job on our backyard. He worked with us to create an inviting space where it is much easier to spend time and relax. Maintenance is also easier. He created hardscape with brick patios, two walkways, gravel beds, and improved our irrigation system with a pressure regulator and drip system. He also added low maintenance shrubs, an orange tree, reseeded our lawn and refurbished dying citrus trees. He was also on time and kept all appointments. We would highly recommend Larry for his design and landscape knowledge plus his willingness to modify and troubleshoot changes on the spot. Thank you.

We used Silva Diversified Construction Co. LLC. to continue our project on golf cart path "white-topping" that was started last year by another contractor. We we very pleased with the work that was done last year, but because of fiduciary responsibilities, we elected to put the extension of this project out to bid. Silva was low bidder on the new work and was vetted by members of our Maintenance Committee and Board of Directors. They met with a previous client and visited a few completed projects. Silva proved to be all that was reported of them and what was promised by them. We could not be happier with the final results. My pondless waterfall became an impromptu ponded waterfall when the float valve malfunctioned. Cody submitted a very reasonable bid, which I accepted. He came out promptly - at the scheduled time - and took care of the problem. I will be calling on him for future maintenance of the waterfall and probably for any irrigation problems as well. I'm extremely satisfied!

Fantastic service! Knowledgeable and courteous staff. I hired Bancroft & Associates because I had problems managing my own rentals. The tenants were taking advantage of my good nature, damaging the property and twisting me into knots. The tenants knew the laws better than I did. Michael did an absolutely amazing job on the electrical in my home to duplex remodel. I needed an all new circuit breaker, an upgrade in amps to my house, a ton of wiring to go through conduit on my roof and much more. During my renovation to convert my home into a duplex, Michael knew literally everything that needed to be done for my electrical needs and he knew exactly what I needed within the first 20 minutes of meeting him. He was the most fair priced that I could find and stuck strictly to his quote which was nice because I don't like surprises. He was extremely meticulous with his work. As an OSHA certified inspector for the Air Force, I can assure you that Michael works very well within the regulations. The electrical job had to be inspected twice for two different reasons, and the inspectors from the power company passed Michael's work the first time with flying colors. I'm an extremely honest reviewer and think it's important to share your experience, whether it is good or bad, and I promise anyone who reads this, that you cannot go wrong with Michael. I will be recommending and hiring him for any jobs I have in the future.
