- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't be afraid to tell me what you can afford to spend. I like for my customer to feel comfortable with the money they are spending.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and go over your ideas, not my ideas. You tell me you design thoughts and then I will input my experience on how we can get it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education has come from on the job training and company training classes.
