Introduction: I've been a professional cosmetologist for over 10 years now. My goal in life is to start a mobile beauty service business. I love the idea of convenience for the client. With the proper business set up, I can bring quality services to a wide variety of clientele. I'm going to school to for business in order to execute a business plan to present to investors, so that I can eventually put everything together once I get the funding. I work at Loreal elite salon for now where they provide everything within the salon.
I'm in the process of collecting products tools and equipment, little by little and I look forward to doing business with you soon.

Victoria is not only an awesome "artist", she very funny & easy to get along with. I look forward to my appointments with her; not only cause I KNOW I'm going to LOOK good, but it's like visiting with a good friend.
The first time she corrected my color & cut, she was so understanding. I had gone to the same stylist for almost 3 years, but he did not understand that I wanted my white hair covered, but I didn't want it to just look BLACK! Victoria understood & this is why I call her my "artist". There are so many shades out there & she knows her stuff! Not only did she correct it, my hair is very healthy & shiny now. Victoria is always on time; very dependable & really styles my hair great. I go for her services at Mauricio Fregoso Salon & I will follow her anywhere! It's wonderful that she also does shellac nails. They always look perfect & last long. I am usually in & out in about 90 min if having nails done also.
Thanks for this opportunity to "brag" on such a beauty professional! I NEED her!

She's great at what she does. She actually listens to what you want and gives you just that. She is creative and talented and very kind stylist. I highly recommend her.
