The repairman came out to give m e a quote. It turns out, there was no indication of moisture in the walls. Therefore, he recommended that I call a roofer to fix the leak.

First off, I would like to thank Steamy Concepts for their patients, I've had to reschedule my appointment with them twice. They accepted and reschedules me without hassle :) My dog has been sick, he had a few accidents on the carpet over the last few days. I've been cleaning the spots myself with vinegar and peroxide which has helped with the smell and stains but I wanted a nice deep clean to ensure there would be no germs, stains or odors left over so I opted for steam instead of shampoo. I believe the cleaner that showed up was named Al, please excuse me if I got his name wrong, he was very proficient, quick professional and a joy to talk with. He quickly treated the problem areas with a citrus based solvent and then went to work. I mentions the citrus because I dislike most cleaning chemical smells, seems like they take forever to dissipate but this stuff is not overpowering. My carpet looks great and thanks to the steam I can go back to walking barefoot and not worrying about germs.

I hired Steamy Concepts for deep carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. I am brand new to the area so finding a company I could trust was hard for me. Matt answered of my questions with detail so I had no doubts about the service I was receiving. Scheduling was fast and simple. Steamy Concepts beat all of the other quotes I received. My technician was Alvin. Alvin was one time and very professional. He was friendly and took pride in his work. He took his time with the whole cleaning(3 hrs.) and even carefully moved items out of the way and put them back when he was finished. My carpet looks brand new! The tile and grout areas looks amazing. I will definitely use Steamy Concepts for all my carpet cleaning needs. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Tile cleaning throughout the house. Very professional and I appreciated the work the grout did not clean up as well I thought it might but it was probably not the fault of the team but rather the age of the grout and the lack of care from previous owners. I do not think they could have done any better under the circumstances. Thank you.

Our standard pricing is usually $25 per room for carpet cleaning. We offer a Thumbtack discount of course and will reflect that discount whenever a customer requests a quote on Thumbtack.

WE always want to make sure our customers are fully satsfied with all services upon completion.
