A.O.S. in Culinary Arts. Twenty years in the culinary business, fourteen in pastry/ baking alone.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was either culinary art or art schooling, I chose culinary for the vast job opportunities.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have mostly worked in three star restaurants and private country clubs.
