Introduction: I currently don't have a business per se. However, I have been in culinary for 20 years strictly doing pastry/baking for the last fourteen. I have a good eye for plating/presentations. I am very detail-oriented (a perfectionist) and won't be happy until my food turns out exactly how I want my food to look and taste.

    I have mostly worked in three star restaurants and private country clubs.
