Training with John is wonderful! He is encouraging and extremely knowledgeable! Every workout is different and modified for each client. Never have to worry about being injured or being bored. Training with John is a great investment for health and well being!

John is an amazing trainer! I was able to workout with him two to three times per week for 9 months, while living in Tucson. He is experienced, extremely knowledgeable and a great motivator. John is always willing and able to come up with new/innovative workouts based on your progress, any injuries, rehab, and personal goals. He believes in helping anyone ready to make a commitment to their health.
